Comment added on: Sun 16 Jul 2006 hey joshner did you and your brother keep a journal of all you workouts and steps you took toward the window plan? the guarantee says you have to send in a journal of each plus a doctors release form saying you are physically capably of doing the program. Plus they have to receive it within 10 of the time the 60 days are up. I was also wondering what you guys squat and deadlift since without a proper strength foundation the program may be less effective but I don't really know. I just started and will be starting the 4th week this monday I think I gained an inch so far. I don't use creatine and hopefully it's not necescary because I don't plan on it either. Any tips from anyone who's used this program with any success would be great.
Comment added on: Fri 21 Jul 2006 just finished week 4 and gained a total of about 2in. Nothing amazing but consistent gains are good.

Comment added on: Mon 25 June 2007 Im over 6foot tall actually, im 6 foot 8 and before doing this, i had only 16inches of vertical. that was embarrassing but after completed this program, i have added 15 inches to my vertical. That was just awesome so i redone the program for sometime, and now, i have a 41 inches vertical jump. FROM BARELY DUNKING TO WINDMILL AND 360 DUNK. THANKS ALOT

Comment added on: Fri 17 Aug 2007 I looked at this site one day and finally decided I would give it a try. Before this program I had tried platform shoes, uphill sprints, heavy squats, up to 200 jumps a day.
None of it ever worked like I hoped. I got decent gains from all of these things. But the time it took to complete the exercises and also the time it took to get results was just too long. I wasn't sure whether to believe Luke or not. But I gave it a try.
I started the stretching and dietary changes January 1st during my basketball season. I was 5'10, 165 lbs. and had only a 24 inch standing vertical despite previous attempts to increase it.
After January without even touching a workout I had already increased my vertical by 3 inches. After I started working out I was even more amazed. I was never sore after a workout and after only one week of working out I had already increased my vertical another 3 inches! I don't know if this is rare or not but it was certainly much more than was ever possible with other programs.
In just over a month my vertical raised 6 inches from 24 to 30 inches. In ONE month. Oh yeah and my 40 yd. dash dropped from 4.95 to a 4.8 and I lost about 15 lbs and my max bench went up 50lbs to (200 to 250) and my max squat went up roughly 60lbs, to 450.
I don't know if there are words good enough to describe this program. This program is just amazing; I am sorry for doubting you Luke. To anyone doubting this program don't.
Just think about what you can accomplish in a couple of years when it only took me one month to increase my vertical 6 inches."
I thank you so much Luke!
Dan
Comment added on: Thur 23 Aug 2007 Dear VertCoach,
Thank you so much for recommending the Vertical Project! I'm on the 10th week now, and since the 7th week(performing the Super Secret Instant Vertical Exercise), my jump has skyrocketed, i am 5'5" and can grab rim of a running start (i can tap the rim off a standing vert.)...i cant wait until the end of the program to see better results, and start performing the 50-inch Report Bonus Exercise. Hopefully i will be able to dunk by basketball season...do you think i will..honestly?
Ben
Comment added on: Thur 30 Aug 2007 i thought it was the best thing ever my vertical increased 19 inches i 2 weeks!!!!! awsome

Comment added on: Fri 31 Aug 2007 As far as feedback goes the product has worked pretty well before using it I could get up to the rim but now I can throw the ball down on a good day and its just a matter of me making the dunk rather then how high I am getting up. The program itself is rigorous and I have had to space it out more do to other lifting and agility that needed to be done but all in all a good buy with some decent results. tom
