Workout
This ranking is based on a number of things. Remember you want to be able to still walk after a workout. The days of cranking up the rocky music and working till you drop are long gone.

Effectivness
This is quite self explanatory. Your gains should reflect the effort your putting in.

Presentation
This relates simply to how the program feels & looks. There are very big differences in professionalism between these top programs. If your paying for word printed documents, think again!

Customizable
Each individual is different, and thus we will all respond differently to certain types of training. The best programs, those in the top 3, actually take this into account. This highly increases your possibility for gains.

Lastability
This refers to how long a program will last. Some will allow you to do them over & over again, and continuelly gain. Others once your done, you'll be left hanging.

Exercise Descriptions
The more in depth these are the better. Some programs simply use a few pictures showing you before & after movements. The best however include videos, so you can study the form of each movement and get your training spot on.

Delivery Mode
Some programs take a couple of weeks to send out, depending on locations. Others however will give you instant access, so you can begin straight away.
