ive heard it was good on other sites, but they dont really know what they are talking about. Like they think Air Alert is good when it is actually crap.

I heard it isn't very good. They say something that lower back is 50% of jumping in that program but i'm not sure

I actually thought it was quite good. Its quite hard though as it has to be done 5 days a week but if you dont do the 20 mins running section then its not too bad. As for results then I went from touching the rim to grabbing it after the first week. Its definately better than Air Alert.

Maybe it is good if you don't run 20 mins. It is much better if you do sprints
From touching rim to grabing it in 1 week that is vert good

Yes I ran sprints upstairs and jogged down for 5 minutes before I did the main section of the program. Thats what I would recommend as it worked for me.
