tvp s/l hyperextensions

in tvp, it tells you to do single leg hypers and the pic shows the machine at 90 degrees, but im pretty sure the one at my fitness club is only 45 degrees and looks more like this:

Re: tvp s/l hyperextensions

Hey I just looked at the picture and I know I got one of those at my gym and never even thought of it till now but what if you just put a box underneath the bottom. Kinda like propping up the back so it's on 90 degree angle. Maybe it'll be to unsturdy though so I'd be carefull.  At my gym they also got this calf isolator machine I get backwards in  and kinda works pretty good for this exercise.  It doesn't seem like to many places have the correct machine for this exercise though so you really gotta get creative.

aight thanks. i think itll be ok if i just use the 45 degree one. its probably better than trying to make up a way to do it.
