Have a look at the vertical bible. It's cheap and includes both testing phases for customization & a number of programs to cater for the individual (determined by your results of your testing phases) We've had lots of positive results coming in lately, check out the testimonials underneath the product description to see some of our visitor views.
You can find how it suits up against the other programs here: http://vertcoach.com/program-reviews.html

I'd have to advise to stay away from the Vertical Project as the results for me were far less than what I expected. I'll be trying the Vertical Bible program next.

Did you folow whole program with weights and UPN chart for power output exercises?

To answer your question, filip: I used weights, the UPN technology, Window Plan recovery, pool workout, the 50-inch report, Jumpsoles and Hypergravity belt all in the way recommended by the program and still got poor results. I, too, followed the Vertical Project precisely and am no noob to training. It wasn't a complete waste, of course, as exercising is always beneficial. Very low vertical gain and failure to honor their guarantee would be the disappointing factors. Unfortunately, no program will work as promised for everyone (my brother and I just happen to fit in this category) but it is good to hear that some of you are getting the gains you expected.

Hi Jonsher,
Posted this on the other board:
Doesn't sound right - those results are highly unusual, perhaps you missed something.
Why don't you shoot me your Clickbank receipt number and we'll get you on track.

Jason from Tvp, i have a question for the upn, is it only for the power output exercises or for the weightlifting exercises because many people are getting me confused with it. Like you say we have to add weight every week or two weeks, do we add weight to the weightlifting exercises or the power output exercises?

But it says to add weight every week or 2 weeks, is it for the weighlifting exercises or the power output exercises? An answer would be very appreciated

Follow what percentage of 1RM is says for all your weight lifting exercises. It's all been worked out for you in the program so your poweroutput you use in your workouts will double within the 15 weeks. (hook in with a calculator if you want to make weeks 15-30) But you just have to work out what weight the % 1RM is each week. That percentage will increase, (so yes weight will be added every week or two) It's pretty self explainatory. We don't know your max load per one repitition so we can't tell you what weight to use in kg or lbs, you'll have to calculate it.
Power output exercises instead say reps, sets & rest as per individual, cause they are upn chart exercises

Ok I think I get it now, thank you admin.

I have 1 question about TVP: do i only need to now ma max 1rm squat and bench?
Offline
No you need to know you 1rm max for any exercise that is using weights and says use such and such % for that exercise. An example of two other exercises would be stiff leg deadlifts and military presses as both require you to use around 50% of your max for explosive movements and 100% of your max for partial range movements. Hope that helps.
