Howdy folks.

I was crusing the forum looking for honest reviews of some of the programs out there.  I really wanted to pick up The Vertical Project, but I can't justify spending 300 bucks for that.

I ended up picking up a 25 dollar DVD called "DunkNow" as well as a pair of springbak insoles.  I'm just trying to add some height to my jump so I can spike a volleyball better (and block better too).

Listen, I want to mention something to you people who emailed TVP and asked for a refund, but got no reply.  Are you aware that you can contact your credit card company and have them do an investigation?

All you need to do is document when you emailed them (assuming it's within the 90 days), and show that to your CC company.

Also, TVP uses Clickbank to process their orders, and you can contact refunds@clickbank.com and demand a refund of the program.  That doesn't mean you can just buy it and then ask for your money back, but you CAN explain to them that your emails were not being replied to, and then tell them that either you get a refund, or you will have your credit card company issue a chargeback (which Clickbank does not want, because it costs them money).

I'm a clickbank merchant too, and I do not support people who just buy stuff and then ask for refunds... but if you feel you've been mistreated as a customer and they are not living up to their guarantee terms, then you are entitled to your money back.

From what I remember (and I could be mistaken), Clickbank REQUIRES that their merchants have a money back guarantee.  We all have them on our sites, because Clickbank doesn't want to deal with chargebacks.

I hope this helps those of you who have been treated poorly by TVP or any other merchant.
