hey what to the T and R mean in the weight lifting program for athletic advantage? can anyone tell me? im really confused

They mean Tuesday and Thursday. Thats when you do the weights.

Glad to help :-) Just to be sure, you do the plyos Mon, Wed and Fri, then the weights Tue and Thur with the weekends off for rest. Good luck with it.

ye im about to start the athletic advantage in about a week, i'm letting an injury heal right now. I was just wondering if any1 had any feedback on it, or if westerly34 or deolm could tell me how it's going for them.

Hi, I think it is quite a good program, however I have stopped it now because I was still playing basketball so I was too tired as it has to be done 5 days a week. I would recommend it for a time when you wont be playing as you will be tired. I gained a few inches from it after the first few weeks though. Good luck with it.
