Hey anyone who will listen!!!
I have about 8 weeks until my senior basetball season starts...I can dunk it ocassionally...and easily touch the rim...i just finished a program from the vert bible but I want more!!!! Does anyone have any excercises or quick programs that have helped add 2 or three inches???

Do you have springbak insole?? If not Im telling you they help. Especially if your gonna jump off of two feet well at least in my experience with em. I cant think of an easier way to put an inch or two on your vert.

Hey Trajko...im having a hard time understanding what the Indian Jumps and Deer Jumps are and how to do them properly...could you help me out..

well what part you don't understand? okay:
indian jumps are basically jumping off of 2 feet but jump for 1 meter in distance. let's say that that completes one repetition for the sake of this explanation. so you jump one time like that right, (jump off of 2 feet in 1 meter in distance) = 1 repetition, do that 20 times and that completes one lenght. So you should do 6 lenghts. Rest about a minute between lenghts.
deer jumps go like this. ever seen the triple jump? I'm sure you have. Well, jump like that except all the leaps will be the same (unlike the triple jump where the third jump is the highest and longest), jump like that for 20 meters and that will complete one lenght. It should take you about 10-15 leaps to fiish the 20 meters long field, depending on high long your leaps are. Also rest about a minute between lenghts.
