harryken

Hey i'm new on the forum and i was wondering[i own vjb] if i should a program and which one?I'm 1,85m and 72 kilos.I'm 14,5 years old and i am a few[one or two] inches away from touching the rim.The reason i am thinking not to do any programs is because i am training with my team three times a week[although i can skip practises]

Re: harryken

the vertical bible is perfect for you...i just got it 5 days ago but now my chiro says i can't sqaut, deadlift or put any stress on my pelvis so i can realign properly but there's more than 20 programs in there which there is 2 - 3 for your situation...go to www.higherstrongerfaster.com (i think that's it or just search the vertical leap development bible by kelly baggett...good luck

Re: harryken

I can second that. VJB is much better, I have gained more in the last few weeks with that then I did the whole 15 with TVP, with much less effort needed!
