I'm considering on purchasing Power Plyos. I just dont want to get ripped off. So if any1 has completed the program or even has any feedback what so ever on it. Please let me know.

You'd be alot better with vjb or vp. There's a big gap between #1 & #2 ranked program and the rest.
I wouldn't touch any canned program that doesn't attempt to customize itself to the individual.
Are you sure your reactive capabilities are your weakest link or are you also training blind like 90% of the population?

The VJB is the best. Forget the others. Maybe there are some good ones out there besides the VJB but out of this and the rest on this site then definately the VJB.

i'm not rly training right now, i might do weights for my lower body every now and then. I'm 16 and 6'1 and could dunk about 7 out of 10 times before my knee injury, (jumpers knee) now its occasionaly because my knee is still in pain. But I just want to gain more inches and quickness off a program so if you guys suggest VJB really strongly, maybe ill check it out. And ye i know i shouldnt do programs until i heal my knee completely.

I do know Luke has designed the first few weeks of VP to eliminate injuries other poor quality programs have given most athletes.
I think thats more inreference to imbalances which cause things like shin splints.

It's funny you should say that because I never had a shin splint a day in my life(didn't even know what they were) before doing TVP now I do get them on occasion. Since quiting the program they have definetly decreased but not completely subsided. And as far as being customizable to user of the program The vertical project uses the same basic structure for everyone. Not only is it not worth you time and money but could lead to decreasing your vert and potenially overtraining.

Exactly. 6 days a week training? How can that not be overtraining? I was completely drained throughout the program and had to take a lot of time off after just to get back to how I was before I started the program! Would definately recommend NOT doing it.

"How can it not be overtraining...." well because you aint hitting the same muscle two days in a row. If your doing the window plan to the tee, I find it hard to beleive you could even come close to overtraining.
As for feeling drained- are you serious? I did it with a friend and it got us energized for the rest of the day. Our power outputs & verts also hit pb's each week

And how much do you get for saying that? It is overtraining because you are draining your CNS, regardless of what muscle your training. Duh

How did you not feel drained after doing those workouts. I went in there with a watch and timed everything,each set and every rest between sets and every workout was lasting right around 1 and 1/2 hours. Thats a long time to be pounding away at the gym six days a week. Especially if your training for something like an increased vertical jump.

Yeh it is along time in the gym initially, but it gets lesser & lesser as you advanced through it. Wk 15 was down to 45 minutes for me.
I've had alot of previous training so that might have helped. (oh & i'm also in the army)
My friend i did it with had no problems though....he won consecutive tennis matches while doing the entire program
Did you two follow the window plan to the tee? what previous training have you guys had? & how old are you? Verts before vp?

Thats how many inches I've gained to date with theverticalproject. Im on week 10 and if I get just 4 more inches in the last 5 weeks i'll have a doubled my vert & be up to 40 big ones. But if I get more than four....& added in with my springbak things I've just order...

Sure mate, I wouldnt mind betting you are just someone from TVP who has registered under the name of "Paul" and tried to make out TVP is brilliant so people will spend there hard earned money on it, only to gain barely an inch or two. It really pisses me off that TVP can rip people off blind. NO PROGRAM is worth what they are asking, especially not an ebook.
To answer you, admin, yes I followed it exactly how it said including the window plan, timing workouts, the secret exercise and everything else. Previous training I had includes various weights and plyometric programs since about the age of 14, I am 20 now. My vert before I started was 28" standing and 31" running.

I think Im gonna change my username to TVP is crap. Anyway on to the previous training. Played basketball gradeschool through junior high religously and pretty much got sick of it by highschool. About a year and half maybe two years ago I got obsessed with the idea of dunking and having been trying out alot of different workouts since(now I'm 23). Without any training with weights or plyos I could jump right around 24" standing and 30" running (one foot takeoff). After trying different ideas I had read on the internet and retarded routines I made up on my own I didn't really progress at all. Then tried out the vertical jump bible and gained probably around 2" on my running jump in 2 months. After that I got suckered in to TVP and completed the 15 week program and I honestly was down to about 22" standing and 30" running. I took a week and half off to recover and check my vert again but same thing no progress. Since then I've been using programs from the vertical jump bible as a base and really customizing them to my own body using alot of the info he provides in his articles and QandA. I've been doing that now for around 3 to 4 months and my standing vert is up just under 29" and running is 34-35"(1 or 2 foot takeoff). I've been seeing slow but STEADY progress now. I think that's really the key, being able to really customize the whole thing to yourself and no one gives you those kinda tools better than the vertical jump bible.
