there a problem with one of kelleys articles

ok, I just read his  BEST EXERSISEZ FOR VERTICAL JUMP and it was awesome but i had two serious problems when i was tryin to set u0pa prgram from it . 1. How  are we supposed to progress throught it? Choose one of the strenghts and do 6 sets of there reps, but for how long? Are we supposed to continue on even with no gains, there must be some way to progress. 2. The exercizes givem were a bit confusing in that i didnt know which ones to starty with, i know for a fact that jump squats for explosive strenght are more advanced then standing broad jumps. I just need to build a routine that i can progress on and continue to see gains.
