I have a question. With the vertical jump bible I believe it mentions using Squats over leg press because of the difference which is cool by me however the gym I'm a member of doesn't have a free weight squat mention. They have a Squat machine which is at a 45 degree angle and also a squat machine that is setup for resistance. I know the effect wouldn't be the same, but could I use one of those instead? Thanks.
