Effervescent Creatine

If your trying to increase your vert, the best creatine supplement is effervescent creatine. its the most effective creatine to use because it bubles and dissolves instead of you having to sit there for a while stirring up regular creatine.

Re: Effervescent Creatine

just be reminded that the best thing you can do for your vertical leap is hard work. Those supplements can never be as effective.

Trajko Dangov has been helping basketball players improve their vertical leap for 2 years and he is constantly trying to find better and more effective exercises that will make you jump higher than ever.

Yes I think we all know that Trajko but as the founder of a vertical jump program surely you know that nutrition and supplements contribute big time. After all, you will get out what you put in, literally!

As effective as what? No one's suggesting to stop a vertical leap program and just down supplements.
Supplements are there to help with your recovery and enhance your results, they go hand in hand.
Congratulations, stupidist post of the week awarded!

Atm I'm using effervescent creatine with 30% added dextrose, it's great for absorption
