springbak insoles

do the springbak insoles make you faster and jump higher like right when you put them in your shoes or do you get faster after wearing them for a while? also, when you take them out do you keep your gains?

Re: springbak insoles

It'd be permanent if you permanently wore them...

Re: springbak insoles

Are there any testimonials for this?
And do you have to jump off 2 feet for the gains, or does it not matter? Cuz i like to jump running one foot for my highest.

Re: springbak insoles

Just got mine today. Im fairly impressed they actually do work. I wouldn't say they added 3in more like 1 to 2in.  I can jump about the same height off of one or two feet and I definetly feel they work better from a standstill or off of two feet though.

Re: springbak insoles

thought I'd just step in for a sec. obviously the higher you can jump, the more you'll gain from springbaks

(higher vert> more power output> more energy tranfser through the insoles)

Has anyone else tried this?  I'm considering this.  Thanks!

Re: springbak insoles

If you ask around at athletesunited.net I've sold springbaks to most of the members there, they normally have good things to say about them

Re: springbak insoles

Hey, i just got my pair of springbak insoles and i used them in the first basketball game of the season...but i didnt really notice any difference.  I'm wondering... does it take a while for the insoles to compress or is it an instant gain?...like ive heard.
