do the springbak insoles make you faster and jump higher like right when you put them in your shoes or do you get faster after wearing them for a while? also, when you take them out do you keep your gains?

yes they make you faster when you put them on and no the gains are not permanent

Are there any testimonials for this?
And do you have to jump off 2 feet for the gains, or does it not matter? Cuz i like to jump running one foot for my highest.

is there a certain way you put these inserts in your shoe?

Just ordered mine today I'll let you know how they workout

Just got mine today. Im fairly impressed they actually do work. I wouldn't say they added 3in more like 1 to 2in. I can jump about the same height off of one or two feet and I definetly feel they work better from a standstill or off of two feet though.

thought I'd just step in for a sec. obviously the higher you can jump, the more you'll gain from springbaks
(higher vert> more power output> more energy tranfser through the insoles)
Has anyone else tried this? I'm considering this. Thanks!

Hey, i just got my pair of springbak insoles and i used them in the first basketball game of the season...but i didnt really notice any difference. I'm wondering... does it take a while for the insoles to compress or is it an instant gain?...like ive heard.

For me personally they didnt work. I tried putting one pair, then two pairs in the same shoe but no difference :-(
