Almost fifteen years ago, pioneering the vertical leap program path, TMTSports released its first jumping program, AirAlert. To this very date it is still the most popular vertical leap program ever. Based on repetitive jump training, AirAlert is a very simple system aimed at increasing vertical leap .

The first version of AirAlert was simply a prototype, and never hit the counters. The most sold copy, AirAlert II is a 12 week program, which seems to put your legs through hell and back. The new & improved AirAlert III was released just a few years ago. It extends the program to 15 weeks, and gives your legs some much needed rest between workouts.

Not only is AirAlert the highest selling program, it is also the most scrutanized system on the vertical leap scene. Plauged with constant reports & feedback of causing injury, the system is frowned upon across most training communities. The program design for starters is set to build some major imbalances in your legs, which end up leading to injury. But most of all, the knees come off second best with many users. The high rep system, with constant shocks through your knees tends to turn most people away from this system.

On the other hand, there are a few beginners which have excellent results, tending to fuel this ever going debate.

i bought air alert and just left it alone under
my bed. Im scared to start because i hear it
stuffs your legs. i will probably just give it to
someone else.

i did 11/15 of workout. at the end of the 11
weeks my knees hurt so bad i couldn't do the
exercises. I blame air alert. the worst part is,
it didn't help me gain one inch on my vert.
