66 Inch Jump

This is a video of Adrian Wilson of the Arizona Cardinals jumping a 66 inch hurdle with a three-step start. Note this does not mean he has a 66" vertical leap ofcourse! It's his vertical leap & his height coupled with bending his knees up to his chest which allows him to clear the pole. His 6 foot 3 so neither to say this jump is pretty impresive. Another nine inches and he could jump himself...
